It is finally spring here in Kansas City! Flowers are blooming, flowering trees are budding and birds are chirping! Spring time is my favorite time of the year.

Yesterday Benjamin and I took the day off and went for a hike. We have a one day a week unplugged rule. No phone and no internet. I did break the rule to talk to Kathy White about Soap Collaborative! πŸ™‚ It was a beautiful day out and Benjamin and I enjoyed the time together in nature.

This past weekend I also made a ton of soap for blog projects. Benjamin and I are headed to Senegal on April 11th with Lovin’ Soap Project, so I wanted to have plenty of projects ready to post while I’m gone. Here are a few pictures…

I can’t wait to share these projects with you!

Let’s have a giveaway!

Bramble Berry recently sent me their Spring Fever fragrance oil collection to try! How cool is that?! It is no secret that I LOVE BB, so I was thrilled for the package. The Spring Fever fragrance oil collection includes:

Clover and Aloe
Sunflower
Blueberry Jam
Blooms and Berries

They all smell amazing! I especially liked Clover and Aloe. I’ve gotten to the point where I don’t use fragrance oils anymore, just essential oils…so I immediately thought it would be fun to do a giveaway! I know that one of you will give them a wonderful home. πŸ™‚
