soapconference

There is NOTHING more fun than joining in the community of soapmaking by attending a conference or seminar.

This is a list of soapmaking guilds, groups and organizations that host conferences around the U.S. If you would like to add your conference or seminar to the list, please email me with details, [email protected].

Handcrafted Soap and Cosmetics Guild – The HSCG Annual Conference is the largest annual event in the handcrafted soap and cosmetic industry. Normally held in late spring, it runs for three days and is open to both members and non-members. The Conference Location changes each year, cycling through the United States, making it accessible and affordable, no matter where you are located.

Alabama Soap and Candle Association – Each year the ASCA hosts an annual conference. Conferences are usually two days and include keynote speakers, demonstrations, and workshops on a variety of topics relating to soap and candle making. Several vendors attend, showing their wares to members, offering discounts, teaching and answering questions. In addition, there’s lots of networking and entertainment. The annual conference is open to members and non-members (although members get a discount on the registration fee).

Lonestar Soap and Toiletries – We are a Texas-based soap and toiletry maker’s group. Our goal is to provide a friendly, positive environment in which to network with others, learn from each other and to encourage each other in our mutual craft. Our motto…. “You never know what you can learn from another soapmaker!”

Canadian Guild of Soapmakers, Chandlers & Cosmetic Crafters – We are Professional Craftspeople who specialize in Soaps, Candles, Lotions, Creams & other personal care products. We are Artisans who create unique products that are usually one of a kind.
